McCarthyizm is back at the 2026 Niagara Celtic Festival! The Niagara Celtic Heritage Festival & Highland Games was formed in Autumn of 2001. The two day event draws about 12,000 guests and participants to Niagara County, and has become an important tradition for locals and visitors alike.
